Why Moms’ Are Miserable

There is probably lots of reasons, but this is the one I want to focus on today.

We’re all over the place just going through the motions and getting through every day.

Hopping from task to task because we’re not aligning ourselves with our values and our core beliefs.

When we align ourselves and see the full view we can know exactly where we’re going and why we’re overcoming each and every obstacle in our life.

We know where we are headed.

We are aligned with what we’re becoming.

That divine, powerful self and through that process we are able to grow and increase our love and capacity for compassion.

We desire wholeness, becoming our true self. But when we have ignored all the “gifts” and talents we’ve been given, atrophy sets in.

What has made us who we are, is unused, malnourished and decaying.

It’s okay, your not alone.

As women we think it is our job to put every person in front of ourself. But what I want to offer you is that by tapping into your true values, and priorities, by investing in yourself and your talents you are able to show up to your family in a much more meaningful way.

You become centered, aligned and focused. The struggles that occur, the obstacles that show up, are doable. They make sense.

They are part of the process of you developing, growing and becoming.

Until you invest in your own soul development you can’t show up in that way. You will continue to go through the motions, and resent your family around you.

Create a time and space for you to invest in yourself, and become your best self.

NOT miserable, but centered, aligned and connected to your true divine self.
